The Experience Agency ("we," "us") is a Toronto, Ontario event strategy and production business. This policy explains what personal information we collect through theexperienceagency.ca, how we use it, and your choices.
When you submit our contact form or email us directly, we collect what you share with us — typically your name, email, company, event type, and message. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.
We use it to respond to your inquiry, understand your event needs, and prepare a proposal or follow-up, and to keep records of our business correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and never use it for advertising or marketing beyond your own inquiry.
This site is hosted on Netlify, and contact form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Netlify may process data on servers located outside Canada — see netlify.com/privacy.
We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary — to respond to your inquiry, plan your event, or maintain business records — then delete or archive it. Access is limited to people authorized to work on behalf of The Experience Agency.
As a Canadian business, we handle personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or withdraw your consent (subject to legal or contractual limits) by contacting us below. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
We may update this policy as our practices change — the date above reflects the latest revision. Questions about this policy or your information can be directed to Gretchen Newman, Founder, The Experience Agency, at gretchen@theexperienceagency.ca.
